You can do a million crunches but you wont get abs You can spend hours on the adductor machine but youll still have inner thigh fat You can focus on only your triceps but it wont get rid of bat wings To lose stubborn fat you must do 2 things : 1. Be in a calorie deficit You must burn more than you eat – This will result in a lower overall body fat percentage meaning youre ENTIRE body will be leaner 2. Be patient Dont expect the fat is going to be gone after 1 day of being in a calorie deficit! Its called stubborn fat for a reason. You must keep working hard day in and day out to ever see a change Lastly genetics plays a huge part in where you store your fat it will be different to other people and you will lose fat in some places a lot faster than others. You will not get rid of fat by training that specific area for hours on end the only way to get rid of it is to lower body fat percentage and the only way to do that is to be in a caloric deficit.
